How long should I expect for my package to arrive?
U.K.
All our U.K. Customers should allow 1-3 days (Recorded 1st Class) for their package to be delivered, however you should allow (at the most) upto 10 days before contacting The Toy Farm. Special Next Day Deliveries normally arrive within 1 day, however allow upto 3 days before contacting us.
Europe
All our European Customers should allow 5-7 days (European Delivery) for their package to be delivered, however you should allow (at the most) upto 12 days before contacting The Toy Farm.
What if my package has not arrived after 10 days?
If you have not received your package after 10 days (UK) please attempt the following procedure : Firstly, contact your local Royal Mail sorting office. In 90% of cases an attempt has been made to deliver the good(s). If no one was present to sign for the delivery they will have been returned to the postal office where they are stored for a period of time. If after this period of time the good(s) have still not been collected they will be either destroyed by Royal Mail or returned to us at their discretion (returned post can take up to 5 weeks). If the good(s) are not at your local sorting office please contact us to inform that your good(s) have not arrived. Please also include reference to your order number and the date that the good(s) were ordered.
How discreet are the packages from The Toy Farm?
We adhere to complete discretion, all packages sent out are contained within plain wrapping and with no indication as to the contents whatsoever .

Please make sure that you select the correct sizes, as goods can't be returned unless they are faulty.
How do I get Free Shipping?
The Free Shipping offer only applies to orders where the total exceeds £50. If your order exceeds £50 then once you checkout the shipping charges are automatically waived
What will the Transaction Descriptor appear as on my Card statement?
'Fuelbox Media Group' will appear on all transaction statements for purchases being made at The Toy Farm.com website.
Do you accept PayPal?
Yes, we sure do.
What if I want to return an item?
If you would like to return an item, please enclose a note stating the reason for the return. Return address details are found below. Goods MUST BE unused (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).
1. The goods must be unused
2. Goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3. Goods must be received back at our office within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
4. Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met we reserve the right to return the goods without notice. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
Notice is given that free offers and our P&P costs will be accounted for if returned goods takes the order value below the free offer level. The value of free offer goods will be deducted from any refund that may be due. To avoid refund deductions please return any free offer goods with your returns if your order value will drop below the free offer level.
All Packages returned to us unclaimed via the Royal Mail will be subject to reshipping charges as defined on our Delivery page

Why am I being charged a Postage Surcharge on some items?
Please note: The item(s) ordered with the product code beginning with "N" (i.e. N4499) will be posted separately from the other item(s) in your order. This is due to these items being sent straight from the supplier, and is an effort by The Toy Farm to get your package to you quicker. Orders that DO NOT have an item(s) with the product code beginning with "N" (i.e. N4499) will have all items shipped in a single package. If you have any queries regarding this please don't hesitate to get in touch.
If I have any problems, issues or queries regarding The Toy Farm, who should I get in contact with?
